Welcome to ZAP4. By accessing or using our website and software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of Service

ZAP4 provides a cloud-based maintenance management platform ("Service") for businesses. You typically access the Service through a web browser or mobile application.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

2. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Free Trial: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You will not be charged until the free trial has expired.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ZAP4 and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZAP4, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
